I love to cook. I love to eat. I hate boring, uninspired food and I don't see why clean eating cant be just as enticing as any other delightful thing. So, I get creative in the kitchen!
I am on a keto style meal plan currently which means that I get to eat tons of meat and fat. Well, healthy lean proteins and healthy fats in controlled amounts plus tons of veggies. Tonight I made egg white crepes filled with an almond butter spread and fresh roasted hazelnuts. It was so tasty!!!

3/4 cup of egg whites into a medium saucepan. Add cinnamon. Flip when ready. Add almond butter down middle. Fold sides over and nom away!
